Photoshop Workshop 1- Saving the Picture

When saving the file you have to go to file save as.

When you have clicked on this a box will come up to change the settings then you have to choose the file type you want to save it as. The three main file types are:
  • Jpeg is a good way of saving test prints and experiments as it is quite a small file size as it gets compressed also it can be used on any computer.
  • TIFF is good because it doesn't compress your file so it keeps the quality of the file and it can be used on any computer.
  • Photoshop is the other good one because it also doesn't compress the file so it keeps the quality but it doesn't work on all computers.
